SMS/Text & Email Messaging Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages and email communications from Whagwaan Entertainment LLC DBA Lion Heart Music Fest (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before providing your consent to receive messages.
2. Description of Service
The company’s SMS and email messaging service provides:
- Event reminders and confirmations
- Ticket order confirmations and updates
- Service updates and notifications
- Promotional offers and announcements (if opted in)
- Customer service communications
- Application status updates (sponsorship, vendor, volunteer, press)
3. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and/or email address and agreeing to receive messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages and emails from Whagwaan Entertainment LLC DBA Lion Heart Music Fest at the phone number and email address you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interaction with our services and the programs you have opted into.

6. How to Opt Out
You may opt out using these methods:

- Email Unsubscribe: Click the unsubscribe link in any email

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
